PORTRAITS
The Portrait Experience
Each portrait collection is designed to offer a seamless, elevated experience from start to finish. All sessions include hand-edited, high-resolution digital images delivered in both full-resolution for printing and web-sized formats for easy sharing.
Your images will be presented in a private, password-protected online gallery with options to download, share, and order professional prints. Galleries remain available for two months with unlimited downloads.
Every session includes a complimentary planning consultation to thoughtfully guide location, timing, wardrobe, and overall vision. You’ll also receive access to a curated location guide to help you select the perfect setting.
Travel within 30 minutes of Broadway, Virginia is included. Travel fees are waived for Warrenton on select dates. For standard portrait sessions, you can expect a multi-image preview within 48 hours and full gallery delivery within three weeks.
All collections are subject to Virginia sales tax. Returning wedding and portrait clients receive special pricing.

PORTRAIT MINIS
Mini sessions are the easiest way to get beautiful photos without the time commitment or stress of planning. Choose from several great locations, the session itself is quick and painless, and selecting your images is simple. Just show up, have fun for 30 minutes, and walk away with stunning photos—no overthinking required!
Mini sessions cover up to 4 members (and your furry friends). Mini galleries do not receive previews, but are delivered within 2 weeks.

FAMILIES
For families looking to capture a specific season of life, we offer both classic outdoor sessions and in-home lifestyle focused sessions. Each session blends posed and candid moments, tailored to reflect your family’s true spirit.

Our experience working with families has taught us one very important thing - that every family is beautifully unique, and no two sessions look the same.
Because of that, family portrait sessions are custom quoted to fit your needs. Whether that’s a short session to capture your little ones as they are now, or a longer gathering with extended family. reach out and we’ll design something that works perfectly for your crew.

Inquiry & Consultation
Send in an inquiry, and we'll connect by phone or email to discuss your session, explore package options, and make sure everything fits your needs

Book Your Session & Select Location
After your consultation, you’ll receive an email with a link to your personal booking portal. Here, you’ll sign your session contract, complete a short questionnaire, pay a 10% retainer of your package total. If you don’t already have a location in mind, I’ll provide my location guide to help you choose the perfect spot!
Sessions are only officially booked once the contract is signed and the retainer is submitted.
Sessions must be booked at least 14 days in advance.
The retainer secures your session date and is nonrefundable if you cancel.

Pre-Session Planning
About 2–3 weeks before your session, you’ll receive an email covering all the details, including scheduling the session time if we haven’t set one yet. You’ll also have the chance to hop on a quick phone call to go over any questions or specifics. The week of your session, Rachel will check in with any weather updates or last-minute info.

Enjoy Your Session
Relax and enjoy! Rachel will guide you every step of the way—choosing the best spots for photos, helping you pose naturally, and creating a variety of groupings. Don’t worry about awkward moments or not knowing what to do—this is exactly what she does for every session. With over 100 portrait sessions under her belt, you’re in experienced, capable hands!

Previews and Gallery Delivery
If your session includes previews, you’ll receive an email with a multi-image sneak peek within 48 hours. Once your gallery is fully ready, you’ll get another email with access, plus a reminder before the gallery expires. Be sure to download your images so you can enjoy them forever!
