The Shenandoah Valley showed off with the most vibrant fall backdrop, and the mountains in the distance framed this wedding day beautifully.

There’s always a little bit of anticipation leading up to a mountain session—especially when the forecast calls for rain all day. For R + T’s engagement session, we almost decided to postpone, but I’m so glad we didn’t. By the time we met at an overlook in Shenandoah National Park, the skies had cleared, the sun was shining, and the Blue Ridge Mountains gave us the most beautiful backdrop.
